Job Summary: We are seeking skilled automotive technicians / mechanics to join our growing team. Ideal candidates should have a strong mechanical aptitude, a passion for the automotive world, and a history of working on vehicles. The role will be responsible for the disassembly and reassembly of vehicles, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Disassembly of vehicles prior to upfitting applications. Reassembly once upfitting applications are complete.

  • Ensure vehicles are assembled and disassembled according to specifications and safety standards. 

  • Manage workflow and prioritize tasks to meet production schedules. 

  • Conduct quality control inspections and address any issues promptly. 

  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used. 

  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations. 

  • Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area. 

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in vehicle assembly and disassembly. 

  • Proficiency in using relevant tools and equipment. 

  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and instructions.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. 

Tools and Equipment: 

  • Specialized tools for vehicle disassembly and reassembly.

Education and Experience: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in automotive repair is a plus. 

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with vehicle maintenance or repair.
