Job Description Summary

Plan, organize, direct and supervise the project activities of the Unit, within the Business/Sector Industry Policies demands with the objective to reach the Unit’s targets in terms of sales, operating income, completion time, quality of projects and Customer satisfaction.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Plan, supervise, and control the project activities to maximize the Quality/Cost/Deliveries achievements and thus satisfy the Customer.

  • Implement, supervise & follow-up the milestones of the project to secure Customer satisfaction

  • Maintain and improve processes to maximize project execution.

  • Collaborate with other teams to prepare the docs (technical, execution, planning, etc) request by the project.

  • Plane, supervise and control the site activity, with internal and external resource and collaborate with other team to be comply with EHS and local law requirement.

  • Create, develop and maintain business relations and effective communication with customers, internal colleagues or contractors.

  • Define and supervise project reporting to drive risks before the fire starts and take necessary mitigation into life.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Operational Know How (incl. Functional Know How).

  • Technical know how on HV DSC & CBR products to do technical analysis.

  • Operational effectiveness/Accountability.

  • Collaboration/Teamwork.

  • Communication with Transparency & Humility & delivery focus results.

Managerial Know How:

  • Ability to make decisions/Sense of urgency.

Desired Characteristics:

  • High school diploma or Bachelor of Engineering; additional relevant experience will also be considered.

  • Knowledge of HV products.

  • Knowledge /experience on site activity.

  • Good knowledge of English.

  • Available to travel ( worldwide).

  • Minimum some years of Project Management experience.
