Institute for Healthcare Improvement Manager, Business Development (Remote) in Not Listed, Massachusetts

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Proposal and Business Development Support Lead standard proposals independently, and co-lead complex proposals with other team members. Support team on all other proposal development processes through administration, coordination, and documentation. Conduct research and analytics for proposal and general BD needs. Draft and edit concept documents, proposals, presentations, agreements, and budgets. Track grants for potential business opportunities and coordinate compliance to regulatory standards (including those set by USAID, HHS, and various foundations) BD Team Operations and Strategic Support Identify and implement change ideas for improvements in BD processes. Support and contribute to documentation of BD knowledge, processes and standard work. Support subregional lead in tactical revenue planning and BD pursuits Position Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Awareness of competitive analysis and market trends. Advanced writing skills, allowing them to lead the proposal writing process Comprehensive knowledge of business operations and management principles. Proficient project management skills, including resource allocation, risk management, and performance tracking. Advanced skills to proactively and reactively problem-solve Advanced proficiency with CRM software. Proficient knowledge of regulatory practices and basic compliance Skilled in leading data collection and analysis efforts, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of information to support strategic initiatives. Ability to lead relationship-building initiatives by coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for proposal strategies. Ability to develop and implement business strategies that align with organizational goals and drive proposal success. Ability to make informed and timely decisions that enhance proposal outcomes and align with organizational priorities.
