Our client near Boston, MA is looking for a PCBA Process Engineer to add to their growing team. Candidates should come equipped with an engineering degree in the related discipline or equivalent work experience. Candidates should also have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Printed Circuit Board Assembly. Experience in mechanical or electro-mechanical engineering is definitely preferred.   • Proficient in establishing and resolving issues across all standard printed circuit board assembly processes.

  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 AS9100 practices and adherence to IPC-610-A Workmanship Standards is essential.

  • Assist in aligning production schedules to ensure customer satisfaction and meet company revenue objectives.

  • Continuously monitor operations, leveraging training and experience to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
