NEED Personnel Placement Parts Specialist in Norwood, Massachusetts
Parts Specialist Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for researching and ordering/quoting replacement components for commercial refrigeration and food equipment. This job has a variety of responsibilities, so it is important to be able to multitask and work well within a team. Parts Specialist Responsibilities: ? Research, quote & order replacement parts for commercial kitchen equipment ? Provide written proposals to customers via email & provide follow up ? Process, order, receive and stage replacement water filters ? Participate in ensuring stock levels are maintained & inventory is orderly ? Assist with receiving inbound UPS/FedEx order, as required ? Collaborate with Service Department to ensure parts are ordered in a timely manner ? Assist researching recommended replacement parts for PM Customers ? Promote a positive work environment and company culture ? Other related duties as assigned Parts Specialist Qualifications: ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills ? Extremely reliable, responsible and personable ? High level of accuracy, and attention to detail ? Motivated, self-starter with a team first attitude
