Coordinator Support Services, UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital United Health Services is seeking a Coordinator Support Services to join our Facilities Maintenance 03 department at UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital in Norwich, NY. This position is benefits eligible.

$16.67 - $24.61 per hour, depending on experience.

Overview

Supports the effective operations of the PMO Office and the Support Services Division by maintaining various logbooks, tracking, and following up on requests for correspondence/ information, drafting correspondence, and scheduling meetings. Ensures smooth and confidential interactions with all the constituencies of the office. Assists with coordination of certain stages and/or specific deliverables of projects. Assists Project Manager and Senior Leader with coordination of project meetings, project documentation, budget documentation, and materials. Participates in project design meetings as needed, helps with problems, issues, and action plans. Works on special internal related efforts and initiatives. Coordinates procurement of capital purchases, equipment, supplies and contracts, following prudent purchasing practices and established management policies in a manner to ensure the timely delivery of these items. Assists with processes to support managing expenses, standardizing products, and managing utilization.

Qualifications

Education/Experience

Minimum Required:

  • Bachelor degree

  • OR

  • Six years project, procurement, or finance experience

Preferred:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in finance or business.

  • Healthcare experience

License/Certification
