We have partnered with theVizient/AACN Nurse Residency Program™to provide resources to help new nurses gain confidence and increase competence during this 12-month program. Your well-being as a new nurse is enhanced through hands-on training and processing clinical experiences. Nurse Residents will be hired directly to a specialty area where they will receive focused clinical education. The positions offered vary based on the needs of the hospital and may includeCritical Care, Progressive Care Unit, Med Surg, Cardiology / Telemetry, Emergency, Operating Room, Oncology and Orthopedic units.In addition to clinical immersion on the unit, Nurse Residents meet in a classroom format to share experiences and receive additional education and training.
