We are currently looking for LPCC-S clinicians/supervisors who would like to work for a locally operated company that seeks to see our clients as people first; not just a diagnosis.  This job would include a mixture of seeing and working directly with clients, and having supervisory responsibilities. Job Purpose: Supports clients by providing mental health counseling. Supports company by providing clinical supervision. Duties: * Obtain client's background information to create and oversee treatment plans. * Provide individual counseling sessions. * Utilize knowledge of mental health counseling and treatment methods; tailoring approach to client needs. * Modify treatment plans by maintaining case history and progress notes and communicating with other professionals. * Educate family members by counseling them on the most appropriate and helpful roles they can fulfill in the process. * Restore client functioning. * Ensure client information remains confidential. * Provides clinical supervision and oversight of other clinical staff. * Reviews and signs off on progress notes, treatment plans, and assessments. * Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. * Serves and protects the mental health community by adhering to professional standards, hospital policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements, and company standards. * Enhance company's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
