Job Title: -- Junior Graphic Designer/Production Artist

Job Summary: -- This position will work with a team of marketing and creative professionals, helping to support the over 100 EMCOR companies that operate across the U.S. The Marketing and Communications department functions as an in-house agency and is responsible for all sales and marketing collateral, print and digital advertising, social media, and email marketing, as well as the company’s websites and intranet.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: --

  • Manage multiple projects, for external and internal audiences, while maintaining critical due dates.

  • Maintain consistency of the EMCOR brand across a wide range of corporate collateral.

  • Assist Creative Director in the creation and production of marketing collateral.

  • Create PowerPoint templates and presentations for various audiences.

  • Prepare art files for email campaigns, LinkedIn posts, web pages and other digital channels.

  • Draw vector-based images such as logos and icons.

  • Produce event signage and branding for meetings, conferences, and trade shows.

  • Photo sourcing and retouching.

Qualifications: --

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent practical experience.

  • Minimum three years experience in a corporate environment preferred.

  • Comprehensive portfolio of work

  • Skilled with the Adobe Creative Suite in general and fluent with InDesign, Photoshop, and illustrator

  • Proficient with the Apple Macintosh OS and associated apps and programs.

  • Ability to think creatively and pay close attention to detail.

  • Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively.

  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and hands-on experience with Power Point.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Knowledgeable of the printing process production standards

  • Familiar with design trends and new design and production technologies

Compensation Range: $80,000 - $108,000.

This position is bonus eligible.
