About the team:

The IT Business Analyst – UKG/Kronos is part of the HRIS team responsible for defining, configuring/developing, testing, analyzing, and maintaining the UKG system with specific responsibility for Workforce Management (WFM) and Workforce Central (WFC) platforms, including Timekeeping, Attendance, HCM Profiles, Integrations and Analytics application and future modules. This includes working with the HR business to gather requirements, configuring solutions within UKG, creating and maintaining interfaces, testing, analyzing, and supporting WFM and WFC. This would include the research, design, documentation, and modification of software specifications throughout the application life cycle.

What you can look forward to as an IT HR Business Analyst:

  • Support the North America HR Systems team with digital HR transformation and standardization projects in alignment with global HR strategy and regional requirements.

  • Provide technical expertise and support coordination between HR Centers of Expertise, HR Business Partners, HR Operations/Shared Services, local HR, IT, and other key partners to deliver efficient digitalized HR services.

  • Ensure efficient operations and continuous improvement of key HR/Payroll systems and related technical integrations.

  • Leverage HR reporting and analytics tools to deliver insights and data to the business as well as to ensure HR data accuracy within and across key systems.

  • Support HR and end-users with training, change management, and resolving technical issues concerning UKG systems and digitalized HR processes.

  • Support other tasks as assigned by HR leadership.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Minimum 5+years of configuration experience with timekeeping applications Kronos WFC or UKG WFM preferred.

  • Experience with UKG Pro is highly desired but not required.

  • Expert ability to set up new pay rules, accruals, profiles & PTO policies.

  • Ability to build hyperlinks, data views & reports to support business needs.

  • Thorough understanding of essential business functions in order to translate business requirements into system configurations.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities.

  • Willingness and ability to train and teach other application users.

  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, ideally including experience working with diverse global and cross-functional teams.

  • Good working knowledge of core HR/Payroll processes.
