We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Account to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, and providing insights to support decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Prepare Yearly Budgets

Prepare Monthly and Full year Forecast.

Prepare Monthly P&L's and compare vs budget for this year

A/P aging

A/R

Analize Weekly payroll by Factory and Warehouse functions

Prepare a summary weekly and monthly Inventory report - raw material, WIP, finished goods

Maintain and prepare Factory Production reports, graph, trends, reason codes for down time

Production schedule for next 2 weeks by production station, item, customer/ P.O.

Daily/weekly dashboard

Liquidity: cash

Productivity: key performance metrics from manufacturing, production & assembly

Profitability:

Analize Labor COS as a % Sales

Work with our Order Processing / Sales system to prepare the following reports

BOM's

RM reorder alerts

RM ordering MOQ's and reorder triggers

Margin report on all open orders

Physical inventory schedule

Demand planning capability

Raw Materials purchase tracking by individual raw material

Raw material ordering follow up procedures:

Purchase order date

Follow up with supplier

Expected receipt date

Follow up with supplier prior to ship date
