  • $6/hour shift differential for second shift 
  • NO MANDATION

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides nursing leadership and direction by acting as a role model to employees, participating with orientation and staff training as applicable.
  • Transcribe physician orders, administer medications, and treatments and document same, and document new Rx on the Resident Care Plan. 
  • Observe, interpret, record, and report the effects of pharmacological agents.
  • Count all controlled substance each shift.
  • Functions as a member of Interdisciplinary Care Plan Team
  • Ensures that all documentation is thorough, that all medical regimens are appropriately implemented within prescribed written orders, safely, effectively, in compliance with all accreditation agency requirements and facility policy and procedure.
  • Assist nursing assistants as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with families concerning residents.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem

Pay: $24.40 - $33.40
