Location: Northridge, CA or Metro Atlanta, GA

The Sr. Manager is a leadership role focused on developing and delivering business and technology programs to execute Diabetes operating units’ e-commerce strategy to achieve revenue targets and increase profitability

A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Provides front line leadership for those involved in the development, design, delivery, and optimization of ecommerce & marketing technologies and systems supporting company business processes and objectives.

  • Performs analysis, selection, and modification of enterprise systems and application software to meet business needs.

  • Coordinates cross functional delivery of services to user groups and ensures IT service is uninterrupted.

  • Provides direction for the effort required to protect the company's data, tools, and information systems.

  • Ensures infrastructure architecture standards maximize efficiency and support platform compatibility.

  • Provides motivational, thought, and technical leadership to the team.

  • Analyzes market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive innovation across the business area.

  • Develops and implements solutions to optimize customer experience including website design, user designs and flows.

  • Communicates and conducts briefings with leadership team regarding ongoing operations and strategic initiatives.

  • Creates workforce and staffing plans, manages budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve business goals. Hire, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience

Nice to Have

  • Background in technology and management consulting firms

  • Proven experience in

  • Developing and presenting strategic vision story and corresponding business values to leadership teams across IT, sales, and marketing.

  • Deploying e-commerce best practices and technologies.

  • Go-To-Market strategy, Customer experience, Portfolio management and Global sourcing strategies.

  • Customer journey mapping and omni channel experience

  • Knowledgeable in (one or more areas)

  • Salesforce, or similar eCommerce Platform, SOA, Web and/or Micro-services

  • Cloud Services with AWS/ Azure, and different deployment models with IaaS, PaaS on Compute, & Security Architecture.

  • Understanding as-is business process, identifying process gaps, and advocating for re-engineering process if needed.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaboratively work in a matrix organization and positively influence strategy and outcomes.

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with focus on improved system performance outcomes and positive business impact.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills (timely, clear, concise, accurate, conclusive, influential, targeted to audience).

  • Good negotiation skills to align and work towards shared outcome-based goals.

  • Broad management and leadership knowledge to lead multiple global teams, and detailed functional and operational expertise in digital transformation and customer experience.

  • Proficient in delivering end to end enterprise solutions for customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.

The provided base salary range is used nationally (except in certain CA locations). The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.
