Job Title: Publishing Advertisement Assembler - Level 1

Shift: 2nd shift (4:00pm – 12:30am)

Pay Rate: $15-16.75/hr

Location: Northford, CT

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble fabricated parts at floor stations.

  • Test and calibrate parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.

  • Use hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications.

  • Identify units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repair as necessary.

Requirements:

  • US Citizen or Green Card holder.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Ability to lift up to 30lbs without significant repetitions.

  • Moderate exposure to machinery, chemicals, biological, and physical risks anticipated.

  • Operation of a Powered Industrial Truck may be required.

Qualifications:

  • May require 0-2 years of experience in the field or related area.

  • Completion of apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty may be necessary.

  • Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

  • Ability to work under immediate supervision, following pre-established guidelines.

  • Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.

Special Considerations:

  • Completion of Honeywell On-Boarding Paperwork and I-9/E-Verify required.

  • Successful completion of Honeywell Approved Urinalysis and National Background Check.

  • Remaining items in the HGCLP Honeywell HireRight package must be cleared within 30 days of start date.

  • Immediate termination if candidate does not meet Honeywell's Onboarding qualifications.

Pay Details: $15.75 to $16.75 per hour
