The Therapist plans, organizes, and implements clinical services to consumers, families, and groups. Conducts assessments and implements treatment. Plans for discharge and aftercare. Maintains contact with referring agencies and related people, and with community resources used for referral. Maintains treatment records.

Legacy Treatment Services' Integrated Care Clinic will serve residents of Atlantic County, New Jersey. The project will provide outpatient mental health and substance use counseling, person-centered treatment planning, case management services, peer support services, outpatient primary care screening and monitoring services, services for veterans, and crisis services.

Hours:

This is a 40 hour full time position, Monday – Friday, which includes 2 day shifts (8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) and 2 evening shifts (12:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.). Friday shift is 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

    Education/Experience:

    MSW from an accredited school of social work or Master’s degree in counseling. Experience in crisis settings preferred. Must be either independently licensed to provide mental health services or have an LAC/LSW and be working towards independent licensure. Must be either independently licensed to provide substance abuse services or be working towards substance abuse licensure.
