What You'll Do: This position provides administrative support to the Director and department, and coordinates numerous large, public events throughout the year. You will schedule and coordinate meetings and events, and handle the logistical details to help ensure their success. You will also maintain records, reconcile charges, and hire, train, and supervise student workers. The ideal candidate accepts new challenges with a positive attitude, has a strong work ethic, and must be able to work respectfully and collaboratively in a team environment. Who You Are: You're a great fit if you have A high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ years of relevant office or administrative experience, and strong computer skills. A helpful background includes Bachelor's Degree, 3+ years of relevant office or administrative experience, and experience working in an academic environment.
