About the role

Join Invenco by GVR's dynamic team as a Global Service and Repair Centre Facilitator and become the cornerstone of our global service network. You'll take the helm as the primary technical lead, orchestrating common practices across our strategic hubs in Auckland, Atlanta, Malaysia, and Salzkotten. Your mission is to seamlessly bridge the gap between these key locations and our product engineering and supply chain teams, ensuring unparalleled service excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee effective implementation of Engineering Change Notices in service centres through compiling technical bulletins and providing support to service and repair teams.

  • Manage and uphold integrity of the Invenco by GVR service portal on Confluence, ensuring user access and document reliability.

  • Maintain product schematics and Bill of Materials for standardized repair documentation reference.

  • Ensure availability and release management of product documentation, including Terminal Quality Management and service support documents.

  • Manage Secure and TQM part identification, storage, and maintenance procedures.

  • Provide instructions for product repair, reassembly, and testing, ensuring availability and suitability of test equipment.

  • Review repair repeat failure analysis, track metrics like FTPR, DPM, MTBF, and initiate Kaizen activities based on service and repair data to implement temporary and permanent corrective actions.

About you

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our global service network. Bringing a technical background with expertise in mechanical and electronic components, you thrive in environments that demand precision and efficiency. Equipped with project management experience and a willingness to travel globally, you're ready to take on the challenge of optimizing our service and repair operations.

Main Skills Needed:

  • Familiarity with PLM systems

  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

  • Technical background in mechanical and electronic components

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Experience with Atlassian, Confluence and Jira

  • Knowledge of ISO9001 processes

  • Experience in product service and repair environments

  • Strong project management skills
