Qualification Requirements•High School diploma or equivalent•3-5 years relevant manufacturing experience, preferred•Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, layouts, piping and instrumentation diagrams•Knowledge of hand tools for assembly•Must have good verbal and written communication skills•Excellent attendance is required•Must be team orientated•Hands on electrical experience in industrial/OEM environment•Must have knowledge of electrical codes/standards•Familiarity with PLC’sPrincipal Responsibilities•Checkout, testing, and troubleshooting of instrumentation, wiring, and piping systems•Read/interpret engineered drawings, P&ID’s, schematics•Completion of electrical assemblies•Wiring control panels•Installation of electrical components•Interface with engineering and other groups during the manufacturing phase of the project•Assemble, Align, plumb, equipment•Blueprint reading and layout•Perform basic mechanical functions•Reading Instrumentation Diagrams•Able to pull wires and install components•Work within Design Specifications & Classifications•Able to bend and install conduit, build and install panel boxes•Able to do basic wiring•Familiar with Hand Tools and Shop tools•Follow all lawful employer safety and health rules and regulations, and wear or use required protective equipment while working. Report hazardous conditions to the employer. Report any job-related injury or illness to the employer, and seek treatment promptly.
