Description

Customer Service Representatives will be interested in Robert Half's new position if they love building solid customer relationships. Are you an articulate, highly skilled candidate? This could be the North Ridgeville, Ohio Customer Service Representative position you're looking for, if you're available for a short-term contract / temporary engagement. The hours of this position are Monday -Friday from 8:00AM -430PM.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and send written business correspondence

  • Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

-Experience entering purchase orders

  • Organize and route incoming telephone calls

  • Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

    Requirements - Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

  • Proven knowledge of Email Communications

  • Comprehensive knowledge of customer service

  • Manufacturing Industry experience highly desired

  • Proficiency in data entry

  • Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Excel

  • Knowledge of Purchase Orders

  • 2+ years of past relevant experience

  • Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

  • Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanour applied to all tasks

    • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

  • Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods
