The Social Food Catering Manager in North Providence, Rhode Island

[We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food Catering Manager to oversee our catering operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring seamless catering services, and upholding the highest standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.

*Responsibilities:* 1. Manage all aspects of food catering operations, including inventory control, ordering, and receiving of supplies. 2. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of catering orders. 3. Supervise catering staff, providing training and guidance as needed to maintain high standards of service. 4. Maintain a clean and organized catering area, adhering to all health and safety regulations. [* Requirements:* 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in food service management, with a focus on catering. 2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead. 4. Proficiency in inventory management and cost control techniques. 5. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. 6. Flexibility to work morning, evenings and weekends as needed. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in food service management is a plus.

*Work Schedule:* - Up to 40 hours per week - Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as required

*Compensation:* - Up to $25 per hour, commensurate with experience
