Job Summary: The In-Home Caregiver at Griswold is responsible for providing compassionate and professional care to individuals in their homes in the in the Cuyahoga County and Lorain County areas. This is a full-time, hourly position with a focus on the health and wellness of senior citizens As an individual contributor, the In-Home Caregiver will play a critical role in helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping others and experience in caregiving. WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED. Compensation The compensation for this position is between $18-$22 per hour. Weekends pay the highest rates.  Responsibilities: - Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing - Assist with mobility and transportation needs, including accompanying clients to doctor's appointments or running errands - Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, including light housekeeping duties - Prepare meals and follow dietary guidelines - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Record and report changes in client's health or behavior to appropriate parties Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in caregiving preferred - Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification is a plus - Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening - Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team EEOC Statement: We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
