Administrative Assistant - North Little Rock

Duties:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate, up to date financial records, annual budgets, tax reports, and financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets
  • Provide assistance in creating charts of account, categorizing transactions, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial
  • Perform extensive data entry and ensure all financial data is input into accounting software accurately
  • Timely and accurate processing of invoices, checks, payroll, accounts payables and accounts receivables
  • Safeguard the accuracy of the general ledger and journal entries
  • Monitor and manage cash flow
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements
  • Work closely with the owner and provide detailed financial reporting to ensure costs, timelines, and budgets of construction projects are accurately forecasted
  • Perform administrative duties as needed such as maintaining accurate records with an efficient electronic and physical filing system

Required:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screening.
