Answer and direct phone calls, Organize and schedule meetings and appointments, Maintain multiple contact lists, Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms, Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, Complete given assignments in a timely manner, Maintain a filing system, Support engineering, marketing, sales & service staff, Manage inventory of office & necessary supplies, Managed, organize and book travel arrangements for staff, Take dictation, author, and prepare various reports. Research and create presentations, Handle multiple projects, Office and shop clean up duties, Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops as required, Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff, Manage and complete all front office tasks and job duties, Maintain computer and manual filing systems, Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner, Take accurate minutes of meetings, Coordinate office procedures, Reply to email, telephone or face to face inquiries, Manage staff appointments, Oversee and supervise the work of junior staff as needed, Greet and assist visitors to the office, Attend trade shows, local community outreach meetings, and various outside-the-office events as needed. Administrative Support Person will gain knowledge of chassis and drive line components for heavy off-highway vehicles and can potentially move into a parts and/or service coordinator role pending job performance. QuickBooks, MS365, Outlook, Inventor and related software background. Mechanic/mechanical engineering/CAD/electrical/electronic background. Millwrighting, welding, machining, machine/equipment repair inclusive of mechanical, electronic, hydraulic, CAN, PLC, etc. background. Maintenance Laborers, cleaners, ground maintenance, janitorial, shop tear-down, shipping, inventory management also an asset. German, Spanish, Italian and related languages + international business exposure is an asset. Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds.  Must have valid Driver's License.  Part-time student, retirees, second/summer job seekers + seasonal work also available. Minimum 3 Years experience, Bachelor's Degree and/or related field experience. Full-Time Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM $15.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience.
