This is a rare-find opportunity to join a great company with solid benefits and stable year-round employment.

You'd be joining a small group of three people who count on each other. Dependable attendance - showing up to work every day and being on time - is crucial.

No prior experience is necessary, but it helps if you're familiar with automotive parts or mechanically inclined. Starting pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour.

Your Role:

  • Pull parts from stock. If not in stock, recommend alternatives when suitable.

  • Take requests at the parts counter and by phone.

  • Research, order and track parts by phone and electronically.

  • Troubleshoot lost or damaged parts.

  • Receive, unpack and count parts off packing slips and stock in the correct location.

  • Lift, carry, load and unload parts unassisted, by hand or using appropriate equipment.

  • Data entry.

  • Maintain a clean, labeled, and well-organized parts room.

  • Provide excellent customer service in person, on the phone, and by email.

Requirements:

  • 18 years or older.

  • Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.

  • Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.

  • Good computer skills and comfort navigating the internet.

  • Mobility, balance, hand-eye coordination, and strength to load/unload parts and climb up/down stairs.

  • Physical ability to push, pull, and/or carry 25 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.

  • Ability to sit for long periods of time, kneel, crouch, reach, and use a step stool.
