WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

The Fleet Administrator primarily assists and supports transportation management in all activities related to dispatch administration and customer service.

Reporting to our Dispatch Manager, you’ll communicate with customers regarding the scheduling and delivery of their product and support the Transportation Management Group.

A highlight of your day to day will include:

  • Supporting dispatch in the confirmation of deliveries and communications with our customers.

  • Compiling, maintaining and distributing daily, monthly, quarterly and annual reports while ensuring compliance with reporting procedures.

  • Creating, processing and distributing purchase requisitions and obtaining purchase order numbers for the Transportation Department.

  • Maintaining Electronic Logging Device software: Assisting with driver training. Monitoring app version compliance. Setting up and administering users and drivers. Setting up and administering reports and alerts.

  • Serving as point of contact and resolution coordinator for dispatchers.

  • Maintaining a positive relationship with outside vendors and company employees.

  • Working with branches to ensure necessary paperwork is accurately completed.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You’re enthusiastic and motivated in a fast-paced environment. You have demonstrated knowledge of DOT requirements and a commitment to customer service. You have a minimum of 2 years of solid on-the-job experience including database administration and computer programs related to DOT and customer service.
