Kforce IAM IT PM in North Haven, Connecticut

Kforce has a client that is seeking a IAM IT PM in North Haven, Connecticut (CT).Duties:

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans inclusive of key milestones, critical path tasks, deliverables, and resource allocation

  • Continually identify, prioritize, and mitigate risks of the program based on a balanced approach of best practice for Identity Access Management (IAM) solutioning, criticality of the requirements, and the impact to the key outcomes

  • Prepare synthesized status reports, establish the necessary meeting cadence, and roll-up for executive program updates to ensure timely and relevant project information is shared

  • Track project metrics (for example, schedule variance and customer satisfaction) to drive effective project execution

  • Ensure project costs are being managed to budget

  • Perform team management, driving motivation, collaboration and performance

  • Work with various vendors and teams within IT to drive deliverables to meet target dates

  • Escalate issues that require executive attention or decision

  • Act as Lead for go-live planning including working with team to prepare detailed cut-over activities, service desk knowledge article creation and training, and end user communications based on work with technical and business teams to ensure optimal end user experience with minimal business disruption

  • Bachelor's degree Business Management and/or Information Technology management, or equivalent

  • PMP certification, or equivalent

  • Minimum 8-10 year's experience project management practice in the Information technology space, preferably with large, complex, program development and integration efforts

  • Must have had experience on one or more Identity Access Management (IAM) project implementations

  • Must have a good working understanding of Identity & Access Management solutioning

  • Knowledge and exposure in the following IAM areas are essential (Access Management, Access provisioning and deprovisioning workflows, Access Governance, Privileged user management)

  • Hands on experience managing project risk, cost, schedule, quality, testing, communications, procurement and organizational change management

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project software

  • Must have substantial experience in Software/systems integration and development lifecycle. Ability to lead diverse teams of subject matter experts with varying levels of project experience

  • Experience in Cybersecurity, Networking, Infrastructure, and Risk Management desired

  • Proven experience working effectively in a matrix organization and ability to collaborate effectively across geographies

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills including capacity to comfortably interface with senior leaders, including executive staff
