The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience in the hospitality industry, is knowledgeable about different types of drinks and cocktails, and is capable of providing excellent customer service. A successful candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality, an eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Greet customers and take drink orders. Mix drinks according to recipes and customer requests. Serve drinks to customers in a timely manner. Ensure that all drinks are served in accordance with state and local laws. Maintain cleanliness of bar area and equipment. Collect payment from customers. Check identification of customers to ensure they meet the legal drinking age.
