Job Description

Delivery Lead, Field Solutions, AbbVie Inc., Mettawa, Illinois

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the planning, coordination, and successful deployments of US Commercial field reporting tools and capabilities across organizational brands, and functions.

  • Plan and execute projects within scope, schedule and on quality utilizing MS Office, JIRA, Smartsheet, Clarity, Mural, and SFDC.

  • Develop and maintain project resource and work plans.

  • Operate in an environment which is still evolving, adapt to change and manage ambiguities.

  • Employ leadership experience drive change.

  • Coordinate with IT Business Relationship Managers, Business Consultants, Solution Architects, Technical Leads, Developers, Business Analysts, PMO, business stakeholders, and System Integrator(s) to drive the US Commercial technology field reporting solutions through end-to-end delivery and completion.

  • Demonstrate success in developing and executing an IT strategy that delivers both near term results, while simultaneously building for the future.

  • Employ experience with Angular, HTML5, CSS, AWS, SFDC Architecture solutions.

  • Work closely with Data and System Integrator(s) to ensure alignment of key project activities and milestones for deployment and solution delivery.

  • Oversee and ensure completion of business and project cut-over activities.

  • Act as primary support for Severity Calls, Escalation, Communication, and Problem Ownership.

  • Deliver HCV Sypher Project that includes Rep, RD/DM, Business Planner and HQ Users.

  • Responsible for involvement in Project Go Live for Sypher Projects such as Immunology brands, Hepatology and Rheumatology.

  • Design and build dashboards for internal and external use in support of all areas of business such as Technology and PMO 2 and develop end-to-end workflows with audience specific outputs (forms, automation, reports, dashboards) utilizing Smartsheet tools.

  • Serve as a liaison between the delivery team, Executive Sponsor, Account Manager, and support teams.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or closely related field plus seven (7) years of experience in technology and software development.

In the alternative, employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or closely related field plus six (6) years of experience in technology and software development, or a Ph.D. degree or foreign equivalent in Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or closely related field plus two (2) years of experience in technology and software development.

Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience. Must possess expertise/knowledge sufficient to adequately perform the duties of the job being offered. Expertise/knowledge may be gained through employment experience or education. Such expertise/knowledge cannot be “quantified” by “time”.

Pay Range: $151,380 - $181,500.00 per year

The compensation range listed above is the range of possible base pay compensation that AbbVie believes in good faith that it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range may vary based on a number of factors, including geographic location. This range may also be modified in the future. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick), medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees. This job is eligible to participate in our short-term and long-term incentive programs.
