Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Architecture Analyst to lead the development and implementation of Zero Trust Architecture solutions for C4ISR systems and autonomous technologies. The Senior Architecture Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing, designing, and implementing security architectures to ensure mission-critical systems are protected against cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:

Zero Trust Architecture Development:

  • Research and analyze integration of C4ISR and sensor systems with a focus on Zero Trust Architecture principles.

  • Design and develop security architectures to verify system security and cyber-resiliency throughout the system life cycle.

  • Implement and maintain dynamic and secure compute/store capabilities while ensuring Zero Trust principles.

Technical Analysis and Engineering:

  • Perform R&D in areas such as wireless open architecture, service-oriented architecture, and network design for security enhancements.

  • Conduct engineering analysis to develop executable plans for integrating updated technologies into legacy hardware and software systems.

  • Collaborate with Government stakeholders to resolve security challenges and implement robust security controls.

Risk Assessment and Vulnerability Management:

  • Conduct security requirement assessments, vulnerability assessments, and remediation procedures.

  • Develop quality assurance documentation and maintenance protocols to ensure ongoing security compliance.

  • Recommend a standardized framework for C4ISR products and cyber operations reporting.

Technical Advisory and Support:

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.

  • Participate in technical reviews, meetings, and briefings to communicate architecture recommendations and strategies.

  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to DoD architectures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity architecture and analysis for defense or government agencies.

  • Strong expertise in Zero Trust Architecture principles and implementation.

  • Experience with security assessments, vulnerability management, and IA compliance.

  • Individual may require 8140 / 8570 baseline certifications based on actual job duties.

  • Active Secret clearance

Contract Award expected Summer 2024. Positions are contingent upon award and funding.

Basic Compensation:

$109,250 - $163,875

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
