Taco Bell Maintenance Technician in North Charleston, South Carolina

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various maintenance tasks and possess excellent problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities - Perform routine maintenance on building systems and equipment - Conduct repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems - Complete residential painting projects as needed - Supervise and coordinate maintenance tasks with external contractors - Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues - Welding tasks as required - Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies Qualifications - Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems - Experience in residential painting is a plus - Strong customer service skills - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics - Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) - Leadership skills to supervise maintenance tasks effectively - Proficient in English for effective communication with team members and residents

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
