Staff Pharmacist - Per Diem Sunrise Vista Health and Wellness Hospital Canton, Ohio As a per diem, nonexempt, CPS Solutions,LLC Staff Pharmacist, you will fill orders with accuracy; maintain security of pharmacy and controlled substances; enter orders and patient information with accuracy; aid in the training of new staff; update the Director about the daily activities of the pharmacy; and aid the Director in maintaining the pharmacy. Schedule: This position will provide coverage "as needed" with a minimum of 4 hours per month. This position has no regularly scheduled hours. About the Facility: Sunrise Vista Health and Wellness,is a new facility with a new pharmacy located in Canton, Ohio is a 72-bed behavioral Health Hospital specializing in Adolescents, Adults, and Older Adults, with a Centralized Inpatient Pharmacy. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day-to-day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC. Pharmacy Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. Required Qualifications: Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy; PharmD preferred Current Pharmacist license in good standing in OH Experience as a Pharmacist in a Hospital setting preferred; psychiatric experience a plus Ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, and respond to client concerns Demonstrated accuracy and timeliness in a work setting Experience using computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and pharmacy information systems Effective communications skills; verbal and written Hospital Requirements: (may be required) (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof ofnegativeTB skin test within thelast 12 months (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity Varicella - (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving Hep B3 Series (or declination) (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1st-April 30th COVID Vaccine Benefits: All Per Diem employees are eligible to participate in our 401(k) program with an employer match as well as for the EAP (employee assistance program).
