Dunkin' Assistant Maintenance Manager in North Bergen, New Jersey

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Maintenance Manager to oversee our maintenance department and ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all repair and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, be able to prioritize tasks efficiently, and have excellent problem-solving skills. Responsibilities

 • Oversee and coordinate the with team to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.

 • Develop and implement maintenance procedures and ensure they meet company standards and safety

regulations.

 • Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks to minimize production downtime.

 • Plan and manage the department budget, including equipment purchases and repairs.

 • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and potential hazards.

 • Coordinate and supervise external contractors as needed.

 • Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities

 • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory.

 • Train and mentor maintenance staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to effectively carry out their

duties.

 • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field

 • Proven experience in maintenance management

 • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

 • Strong leadership and team management abilities

 • Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and procedures

 • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

 • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 • Strong background in Refrigeration and Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning.

 • Driver’s License
