Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Bakery Waste Handler. This position involves working in a challenging environment, handling bakery waste, and maintaining cleanliness in our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Empty bakery waste from cardboard boxes
  • Operate a Skid Steer for waste management and cleaning tasks
  • Clean food machine ducts periodically (smallest duct size: 3' x 5')
  • Perform general cleanup duties
  • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols
Work Environment
  • Dirty and dusty conditions with food dust in the air
  • Temperature variations: As low as 40°F in winter, hot conditions in summer
  • Indoor bakery setting
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in confined spaces (minimum duct size: 3' x 5')
  • Willingness to wear appropriate protective gear
  • Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
