Massachusetts Employer Sauna Attendant in North Andover, Massachusetts

OVERVIEW: Join our team and be part of promoting health and wellness! We need meticulous and organized individuals to keep our facility sparkling clean. As a Sauna Attendant, you\'ll ensure everything runs smoothly, enhance guest experiences, and contribute to their well-being without extensive interaction. Experience in spa or health/wellness is helpful but not required; we\'ll train the right candidate. We offer Competitive Hourly Rates, a Free Infrared Sauna Membership, and Paid Training. DUTIES: Clean and sanitize high-traffic areas like reception, sauna rooms, restrooms, showers, and the laundry room to keep them functional and spotless. Prepare Sauna Suites and Red Light Rooms by sanitizing used towels and setting up fresh ones for upcoming appointments. Also, keep track of rejected towels. Clean, organize, and maintain towels, restock supplies, and manage trash and recycling. REQUIREMENTS: Professionalism, strong work ethic, and a drive to exceed expectations. Self-motivation and a proactive approach to tasks. Team player with great attention to detail. Comfortable in temperatures over 135 degrees for short periods. Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and maneuver within saunas. Can bend, kneel, and squat as needed to adjust saunas. This is a partial job description.
