We are currently seeking RN's our hourly base rate from 34- 38 per hour with a sign on bonus of $5000 and a referral bonus of $5000.

Actions:

  • The Hiring Manager and/or their payroll designee will need to enter additional data to complete this new hire record.

  • Review the accuracy of the data that imported from RM into the GenServ "Hire an employee" record and make changes.

  • After the "Hire an employee" page is completed, there will be a pending GenServ transaction for the Hiring Manager to approve.

  • Establish realistic, measurable short and long term patient goals with interventions put in place as needs arise to minimize rehospitalizations and continued evaluation of outcomes.

*Administer medications and performs treatments per physician orders.

*Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure that tasks and interventions are implemented.

*Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.
