MOLARI Employment & Healthcare Services Receptionist in North Adams, Massachusetts

North Adams non-profit is in need of a Receptionist. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for supporting our community through excellent customer service. This is long term temp, expected to last through April. Four day work week- Monday through Thursday, 7:30-4:30. Pay is \$20/HR Key Responsibilities: - Operate a busy multi-line phone system, providing clear and professional communication. - Greet visitors and clients, directing them to appropriate staff or services. - Learn and become familiar with the various programs and services offered by the agency. - Provide information and make referrals to the appropriate programs or departments. - Handle administrative tasks as required, including managing appointments and maintaining records. Qualifications: - Excellent phone presence with strong communication skills. - Ability to manage a busy multi-line phone system efficiently. - Strong customer service and listening skills. - Previous experience in a receptionist or similar role preferred. - Must pass an acceptable CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information) check.
