Job Overview:

As a Bartender at our restaurant, you will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, to guests visiting our establishment. Your exceptional mixology skills, customer service expertise, and friendly demeanor will contribute to a positive and enjoyable experience for our patrons. This job description outlines the primary responsibilities and qualifications required for the position.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Beverage Preparation:
    • Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, beers, wines, and soft drinks.
    • Create signature drinks and tailor orders to guests' preferences.
  • Menu Knowledge:
    • Possess in-depth knowledge of the beverage menu, ingredients, and offerings.
    • Make recommendations to guests based on their preferences.
  • Customer Service:
    • Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
    • Take orders, provide information, and address guest inquiries.
  • Order Accuracy:
    • Ensure accuracy in taking and entering orders, including special requests and modifications.
    • Double-check orders before serving to guests.
  • Mixing and Presentation:
    • Skillfully mix and craft beverages using proper techniques and garnishes.
    • Pay attention to presentation and ensure that drinks are visually appealing.
  • Cash Handling:
    • Process payments accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and credit card transactions.
    • Maintain an organized cash drawer and accurately account for sales.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation:
    • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including equipment, utensils, and glassware.
    • Follow sanitation and hygiene guidelines to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Monitor inventory levels of beverages, ingredients, and supplies.

Qualifications:
