Description

We are seeking a Managing Director for our operations . This role is within the oil and gas industry, specifically focusing on upstream, midstream, downstream, and offshore applications. The Managing Director will be responsible for leading a team of nitrogen unit operators, well test operators, technical personnel, sales engineers, and project managers. The role offers an exciting opportunity for those with a strong background in reservoir engineering and chemical sales, particularly within the fracking industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the upstream, midstream, downstream and offshore operations

• Lead a team of nitrogen unit operators, well test operators, technical personnel, sales engineers, and project managers

• Utilize expertise in reservoir engineering and chemical sales to drive business development and product sales

• Manage well test services and process fabrication operations

• Leverage cloud technologies, CRM, and ERP systems to optimize operations and monitor performance

• Conduct regular reviews of accounting functions and budget processes to ensure financial health and compliance

• Drive the implementation and usage of EO/IR systems and databases for improved decision making and operational efficiency

• Manage capital and ensure efficient resource planning through the use of 'About Time' software

• Reward team members for their talent, innovative efforts, and experience to foster a high-performance work environment.

Requirements • Proven experience of at least 3 years in a Managing Director role or similar leadership position

• Proficiency in Cloud Technologies and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

• Familiarity with Database management and EO/IR systems

• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and About Time software

• Proficiency in Accounting Functions and Budget Processes

• Expertise in Business Development and Capital Management strategies

• Proven experience in Product Sales

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse team

• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

• Strong strategic planning and business development skills

• Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and principles

• Understanding of diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance etc.

• Ability to represent the company as a public speaker and negotiator

• In-depth knowledge of corporate governance principles and managerial best practices

• An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills

• Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and public speaking skills

• Master's in business administration or equivalent is preferred.
