Description

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Front End Engineer with a strong background in React and AWS Serverless technology. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building scalable and performant web applications, with a keen eye for detail and a drive to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

  • Architect, design, and implement user interfaces using React.

  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership within the front-end team.

AWS Serverless Integration:

  • Develop and maintain serverless applications and services using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and other AWS services.

  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using AWS technologies.

Best Practices:

  • Apply best practices for web development, including responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization.

  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

  • Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in front-end development.

  • Strong proficiency in React, including hooks and state management.

  • Hands-on experience with AWS serverless technologies such as AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.

  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.

Skills:

  • Proficient in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related front-end technologies.

  • Experience with modern build tools and workflows (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn).

  • Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with TypeScript.

  • Knowledge of additional frameworks/libraries (e.g., Next.js, Redux).

  • Understanding of GraphQL and RESTful APIs.

  • Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme).
