Senior Software Engineer

Job Description

CoStar Realty Information, Inc. seeks a Senior Software Engineer to develop software using the prescribed technology stacks and tools utilizing core programming concepts including Object-Oriented, Functional, or Procedural programming paradigms. Design, develop, and implement functional features that meet requirements to ensure security and scalability. Create unit tests to ensure feature stability with respect to future refactoring and evolution. Leverage development, debugging, and testing tools to maximize productivity and improve overall quality. #LI-DNI

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM field, followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience with software design, development, testing, and implementation. Experience must include a minimum of: 5 years of experience with MS SQL Server and Database Design in T-SQL programming/performance tuning; 5 years of experience with C#, .NET Framework; 3 years of experience with architecting, designing, and building distributed, service-oriented systems and web applications in an Agile environment; 3 years of experience with JavaScript; 3 years of experience with RESTful web services; 2 years of experience with Git; and 2 years of experience with Docker.
