Senior Project Management Analyst

TQI Solutions is actively seeking a collaborative and skilled Senior Project Management Analyst to join our dedicated team. As a key contributor, you will provide crucial support to our esteemed client located in Norfolk, VA.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a deputy to government program manager.

  • Support program management of critical information technology systems aboard the MSC fleet.

  • Develop and maintain procurement and installation timelines.

  • Oversee integrated master schedules.

  • Maintain and enhance portfolio roadmaps.

  • Spearhead program financial planning for shipboard IT systems across multiple fiscal years.

  • Formulate and define systems scope and objectives.

  • Document requirements and translate into system specifications.

  • Evaluate performance results and recommend major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.

This is a full time, salaried, exempt position.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.

  • Seven years of program management experience; MSC/US Navy experience strongly preferred.

  • PMP/CAPM, CompTIA, and Scrum Master Certified.

  • USN Division Officer or Department Head at-sea experience preferred.

  • Experience Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerBI.

  • Proficiency with IT program management principles.

  • Experience with MS Project a plus.

The incumbent of this position will be subject to a background investigation and will be required to maintain a Government granted security clearance.
