Job Summary

Management and oversee the Data Analytics team. Participate ins short and long-term planning for the Division of Digital Learning. Make recommendations regarding the use of data to increase efficiency and align with unit objectives. Review and direct the preparation of routine data reports needed by management for decision making purposes and in support of marketing and enrollment growth goals. Prepare for retrieval of data, oversee manipulation of data, and merging datasets to prepare data upload files for enrollment and retention needs. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data. Perform routine data quality, monitoring and maintenance and work closely with Administration to organize, create and manage accurate performance indicators, and other recognized metrics used to monitor and report organizational performance.
