What You’ll Get to Do:

CACI is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to partner with multiple internal CACI program teams to meet contract requirements and support program business operations. You will gather data, develop metrics and dashboards, provide analytical support, and create a wide range of graphic-based presentations to support evaluation of performance and progress toward established goals. You will provide objective information for data-based decisions that impact program business operations.

More About the Role:

  • Work with program operations managers and program leads to understand and define program needs. Develop, recommend, and implement solutions.

  • Assist in the definition, preparation, and collection of metrics and system availability reports, including data collection, preservation, processing, analysis, and storage.

  • Perform analysis on business or systems processes to identify improvements and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. Research new methods or practices for application to customer support and provide recommendations.

  • Produce functional design specifications based on user requirements. Configure and design functional solutions (e.g., reports, interfaces, workflows, and extensions).

  • Use your data visualization skills and analysis expertise to create graphic-based presentations that support end-user reporting and information requirements.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to meet customer needs and contract requirements. Facilitate support processes that improve system performance and reliability.

  • Support technology users and provide recommendations on business/systems process best practices.

  • Support/interface with customers via face to face, telephone, video conferencing, email, chat, and applicable online presence.

  • Support the execution of contract requirements, which may include timely completion of written reports and submission of supporting data and metrics.

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Work independently with general supervision. Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex.

  • Work site is primarily on the CACI site; on occasion at the home site (with prior arrangements).

  • Physical Demands: Normal demands associated with an office environment, including ability to work on a computer for long periods.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have the ability to obtain a DoD Interim Secret security clearance and subsequent final DoD Secret security clearance.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study.

  • Minimum 3 years of business/systems analysis experience.

  • Ability to understand front-end user requirements and a problem-solving attitude.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Adept at report writing and presenting findings.

  • Ability to accurately highlight progress toward established goals and configure data to tell a story.

  • Broad understanding of Naval Shipyard business and operational processes and general knowledge of Shipyard planning and execution systems.

  • Willingness and ability to experiment and innovate new approaches to provide the highest caliber service to our customers.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate with customers at all levels of the organization in a professional, effective manner.

  • Strong customer service orientation. Respectfully engage customers in a manner that achieves successful outcomes.

  • Ability to organize work efficiently and manage time effectively.

  • Ability to perform successfully both independently and as a team member in a demanding work environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Active DoD Secret security clearance.

  • Previous military service or previous work experience at a Naval Shipyard.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience creating professional dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or other visual analytics software.

  • Experience writing SQL queries.

  • Experience in Visual Basic.

  • Experience in Microsoft SharePoint Online and Power Platform design/development.

  • Experience in graphic design.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$57,500-$117,900
