Parts Counter Person

$18hr + Commission

Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:30pm & E/O Saturday 7:30am-noon.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist retail, internal, and wholesale customers with parts sales and delivery in a friendly and courteous manner

  • Obtain the correct parts and accessories for both the technician and the retail customer in a timely manner

  • Accurately price parts and accessories and make corresponding entries on customer documentation and the computer system

  • Answer telephone calls promptly, courteously, and make every effort to satisfy the caller’s inquiry

  • Pull parts from stock and if not in stock, determine availability and relay to the customer

  • Stock incoming inventory in the correct location

  • Maintain the parts department in clean and orderly manner

  • Provide customers with needed information and offer additional sales opportunities

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED.

  • Clean driving record.

  • Management experience

  • Good customer service skills.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers.

  • Ability to lift 75lbs and team lift.
