Position Summary:

For our EMEA Procurement Team we are currently looking for a Manager Procurement (m/f/d) who will lead a diverse, international team and will be located in Norderstedt, Germany , in permanent employment.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead a diverse team of 20 members across three sites in Germany, France and the UK

  • Manage day-to-day operations, optimizing resources and ensuring key results

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with company objectives

  • Negotiate with vendors on prices, contracts and conditions

  • Enhance strategic supplier relationships and lead key supplier reviews

  • Realign supplier delivery schedules based on customer demand

    Your Profile (Skills and Experience):

  • 6-8 years of relevant working experience

  • 3 years of advanced negotiation and inclusive leadership experience

  • Proven ability to manage international teams in different regions and willingness to travel

  • Professional presence with exemplary communication skills

  • Fluency in English and German required; French language skills are value

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field.
