In Molnlycke’s Wound Care division, we help to prevent, manage, and accelerate the healing of wounds.We're currently searching for a Sales Associate to join our Wound Care team in the Empire Region! Based out of the Northern NJ market, this is an entry-level sales position providing approximately 24 months of industry-leading training and exposure. You’ll have the support needed to be a successful Medical sales rep as you work with Territory Sales Managers across the region. From product knowledge to continuing education you’re given the tools you need to be a resource to clinicians, patients, and your team! IMPORTANT DETAILS:
The Sales Associate will undergo approximately two (2) months of onboarding and twenty-two (22) months of functional field sales training and experience
Promotion into the TSM or next-level position should occur within 24 months.Filling an open position will likely include permanent relocation,so you must be open to moving!
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field from an accredited college and/or university required
Demonstrated leadership skills during collegiate experience strongly preferred
Customer Service, Sales and/or Marketing Experience preferred, but not required.
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs., sit, stand, walk for long distances, and stoop
Valid driver’s license & clean driving record that permits the driving of company-owned vehicles
Must be able to obtain and maintain hospital-required credentialing including COVID-19 vaccinations
Must be willing to relocate within the US for a TSM role
Work-Life Balance
30-50% Overnight travel is expected
Based out Monmouth, Somerset, Middlesex, Union or Essex
