Description:

The Spa Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, serene, and welcoming environment at ZoiA Spa while also assisting with children’s activities as a Camp Counselor. The ideal candidate will seamlessly transition between spa duties and managing recreational activities for kids, ensuring an exceptional experience.

Spa Attendant Responsibilities:

· Greet and assist guests courteously, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of spa facilities, including treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, and locker areas.

· Prepare and set up treatment rooms, ensuring all supplies are stocked and ready for use.

· Restock towels, linens, and amenities in all areas of the spa as needed.

· Provide excellent customer service by attending to guest needs, answering questions, and offering guidance about spa services.

· Support spa team with administrative tasks such as making reservations, checking in and out guests, emailing, group business, and assisting with guest inquiries when necessary.

· Able to help in other hotel areas and with any other miscellaneous tasks.

Camp Counselor Responsibilities:

· Plan, organize, and lead engaging activities for children, including arts and crafts, games, and nature walks.

· Ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for children by supervising them at all times and managing group activities.

· Communicate with parents regarding their child’s experience, providing updates or addressing concerns.

· Assist with setting up and cleaning up areas used for children's activities.

· Maintain a positive, enthusiastic, and nurturing environment for all children participating in activities.

· Uphold health and safety regulations during all activities, ensuring the well-being of every child in attendance.

· Provide flexibility to shift between spa duties and children’s recreational responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Previous experience in a spa, hospitality, or camp setting preferred.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

· Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on creating a welcoming environment.

· Able to work well in a team and maintain a professional demeanor.

· Must be able to speak, English, Spanish, Dutch, and Papiamento.

· Willing to obtain First Aid and CPR certification.

Physical Requirements:

· Able to work outdoor environment

· Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent transitions between tasks.

Work Schedule:

· Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and during peak seasons including late hours.
