Job Summary:

As a Plumber this position would be responsible for managing assigned projects to ensure that projects are completed within established budget, timelines and meet all applicable codes/regulations. The Plumber is responsible for providing direction and training of assigned project staff.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for managing multiple projects and staff in accordance with established project budgets and timelines
  • Read, understand and interpret blueprints
  • Understands and applies all state/local plumbing codes and regulations
  • Represents company at job site meetings and can effectively communicate with other trades, contractors and customers
  • Provide supervision and training of assigned project staff
  • Document all job costs, materials and tasks in accordance with company procedures
  • Maintain equipment, supplies and company vehicle (if supplied) in good working order
  • Ability to work non-standard hours as required by the job or project
  • Performs additional duties as needed

Qualifications and Education Requirements*

  • Minimum 2 years of plumbing experience
  • Experience with CPVC and PEX piping systems
  • Possess valid Florida Drivers License with a clean DMV record
  • Work effectively in a team environment
