Job Summary:
As a Plumber this position would be responsible for managing assigned projects to ensure that projects are completed within established budget, timelines and meet all applicable codes/regulations. The Plumber is responsible for providing direction and training of assigned project staff.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for managing multiple projects and staff in accordance with established project budgets and timelines
- Read, understand and interpret blueprints
- Understands and applies all state/local plumbing codes and regulations
- Represents company at job site meetings and can effectively communicate with other trades, contractors and customers
- Provide supervision and training of assigned project staff
- Document all job costs, materials and tasks in accordance with company procedures
- Maintain equipment, supplies and company vehicle (if supplied) in good working order
- Ability to work non-standard hours as required by the job or project
- Performs additional duties as needed
Qualifications and Education Requirements*
- Minimum 2 years of plumbing experience
- Experience with CPVC and PEX piping systems
- Possess valid Florida Drivers License with a clean DMV record
- Work effectively in a team environment
