Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drive Agile Processes, including but not limited to Project Resource Management, User Stories, capacity planning, Release and sprint Planning Creating Agile Metrics, Retrospectives and feature/epic level discussions and story creations

  • Drive the coordination and execution projects, including but not limited to data governance, identity access management, data protection, monitoring, and risk assessment projects across the or Organization

  • Provides project management for and oversees implementation of small to mid-sized information management projects, products, technology and services; utilizing standard project management methodologies and processes

  • Responsible for handling highly complex and diverse technology projects by providing leadership and direction to the project management office

  • Participate in architectural discussions and design exercises to build and automate large scale migrations to cloud , Perform application portfolio analysis to identify candidate applications and workloads for migration and develop an optimal migration plan

  • Work closely with application teams to develop a migration plan and ensure business functionality and SLAs are met ,Consult for optimal design of server /database environments and propose recommendations to optimize performance

  • Conduct technical sessions for internal teams, partners and customers

  • Drive technical projects using Agile methodologies and framework from inception to closure, work collaboratively with SME’s and leadership team to carve out requirements and projects, create respective project plans and drive key technical projects

  • Continuously monitor project status and manage project resources, finances, and scope. Contribute to and may lead program governance and steering committees

  • Relies upon conceptual knowledge base, analytical methods and problem solving skills to perform assignments and manage projects to a successful completion

  • Under the direction of senior project managers or management, determines user demands, establishes work priorities; plans, directs and monitors project work with limited supervision

  • Identifies and resolves issues, with the assistance of management, through the appropriate allocation of resources and creative problem solving and escalation when necessary

  • Participates in identification of project management methodology and process improvements to continually improve the success of the PMO

  • Lead or contribute to the development of program or project scope statements, in consultation with applicable stakeholders

  • Ensure timely project communication at all levels of stakeholders and the business organization as appropriate , Collaborate and negotiate with project teams to manage scope, resources, budget, and timelines to achieve business objectives

  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Shift Timing

3:30 pm to 1:00 am

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years experience

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in Project Management roles and or Scrum Master roles

  • Experience in a customer facing role

  • In-depth knowledge on Application management services aspects and processes

  • Well versed with Agile thoughts, frameworks, and tools

  • Solid analytic and problem-solving experience

  • Proven excellent interpersonal skills with experience working across all levels of an organization

  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities and projects

  • Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP and/or Scrum Master certified (PSM/ SA etc.)

  • Health care industry experience

  • Exposure to lead technology driven projects

  • Understanding of Agile and its related aspects

  • Proficiency with ServiceNow (ITBM)
