We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive our Responsible AI compliance tooling workstream. Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) or previous experience in the Privacy and Compliance space, is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with product teams and legal to understand tooling needs for RAI compliance and governance.

  • Partner with our tooling v-team to develop tools scale RAI governance for the org.

  • Track progress of Microsoft’s commitments in RAI using OKRs, building dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of TPM, PM or software development experience.

  • Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and GenAI is a strong plus.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
